As of now, I see only the DMRC doing anything about this issue. Their contractors have intensified repair works in the Aluva-Kadavanthra corridor where civil works are on, after the agency’s principal advisor E. Only the biggies in the Realty markets are attracting investments. others are not finding any investments. The same is true for the other sub urban micromarkets such as Kaloor, Palarivattom, Edapally, Vytilla, Panampilly Nagar, and Kadavanthra regions also. For making sure that everything is alright when you enter the building elevator, lobby, or car parking, etc, i think you will have to take a deliberate check yourself. In my opinion, the reduction of crime against persons who live in apartments and multi residential housing should be a priority of any law enforcing agency who are responsible for their protection. For you information, I am mentioning the air connectivity of this region. The Cochin International Airport is at a distance of 18 kilometers from here. This takes just around half an hour of driving because of the good connectivity. One of the best things I like about this locality is that you can find some hospitals in and around this locality even if you are in emergency you can easily access these hospitals. I dont know why the project in Vytilla is getting such a setback. The other two of the four flyover projects, the projects at Edappally and that in Palarivattom was launched earlier.
