Yes I also agree with you. The TUF will definitely help a lot of sectors in improving their business, opening up job opportunities in the city. Now that Coimbatore is one of the front runners in Indian motor, pump, foundry, and auto parts industry, I think the TUF will help all these industries to do even better. The other demands made by the ICCI that I heard was the overnight express train running between the cities of Coimbatore and Bangalore. Now if that wont improve connectivity with a major city like Bangalore, then I don’t know what will!Yes I also agree with you. For example, the budget reviewed and reduced the service tax in cotton trading for the state of Tamil Nadu, since we get most of our cotton from other states. I know its just a tiny 86 cents land, but there was some protests from the residents of the locality as well because they actually wanted the temple there. There was some Hindu group also, who were supporting this temple. I think a bypass road is the need of the hour. There’s a lot of traffic congestion on this route. But, I believe I read somewhere that they have dropped this project all together. Yea, they haven’t really completed the design yet. it’ll take some time. They have to get the finalized designs of the proposed Gandhinagar flyover, then they will start with a proper design for the bus stand. I hope they finish soon. This bus stand will have ample parking space, and other passenger amenities. It’s not just water gushing out, it’s black sewage and rainwater which flows from the streets and roads and just gets accumulated and sits there. The corporation hasn’t cleared and cleaned the drainage channels yet, and that’s why every rainy season this story continues. I had read in the news that all this is mainly because of the pavement that these people constructed for some classical conference function without thinking of all the drainage and water logging problems we would go through in the future.Oh I can totally relate to your frustration. They proposed to make two layers on the road, But I don’t know if they removed the top layer of the existing road before laying new roads. I think most of the cities in the state don’t follow this. It is extra time and effort, but has better and lasting long term benefits. The real good news will be when they actually do that. otherwise, they’ll have to keep repeating this every few years, and you will have to take detours to commute to to other parts. If it is apartments, a 2 BHK (800 sq ft - 1200 sq ft) will cost you say Rs. 8,000 - Rs. 10,000 per month and a 3 BHK (1900 - 2200 sq ft) will cost you at least Rs. 30,000 per month. decent. I stay in Shriram Vijay Hyde Park which is located in Duraisamy
Layout on Avarampalayam Road. I paid around a lack of deposit and am
paying a rent of 16k per month. Apart from the rent, maintanance is
3000k per month. From all the complexes ive seen, this to me is the
best. It has everything from a swimming pool to a clubhouse to a
