He assured me that third party transfer is taking place, only transfer fees have to be decided. He has accepted the form, affidavit and request.
Now he called me and told that it can't be done. What should I do? Please help.

Hi Gents, i booked 3BHK in Nirala Estates 2yrs before and gave 10per booking amount that time .Now builder sent me a demand letter of 30per payment + interest @18%/annum for the complete period of 1yr 6months when noida extension was not bankable .Even though as i came to know that builders are increasing the floors in planned buildings and there are some other issues as well which wont allow the builder to ramp up the project .This demand letter also have a clause that in condition of non payment builder will cancel the booking so i am totally in dark what should i do in this condition ,please advice experts !!!!

I can share my idea about Sector 44 that , the area has many authority plots.which are given to the builders to build rise flats and also there are few parks and commercial estates which are also coming up. So i feel the areas is under developing segment, so it might take a year to two to become properly livable. And you also have good connection with schools and colleges... Amity School which is just 1.5 km away.
