The sewage condition in the city is getting better as the municipal corporation have take some measures to control sewage. The city does not have a proper sewage collection and disposal system. Most residents have septic tanks where the sewage flows into. Many of the poor residents also do not have any other choice but to excrete in public.
Earlier Indore's sewage used to flow into small streams, but Indore's municipal corporation have installed two sewage treatment plants, one in Khan Nala, and the other in Bhamori Nala. Ras Lake View project is simply beautiful! There is this huge 400 acre lake right next to it. You can also see the hills from the place, its located right on the foothills. The best thing about the project is that it is located amidst nature, but still quite well connected with the city. The A.B. Road is just minutes away and serves as the main connector road to this project. Buying a house here would be definitely better if you make it your family home. Yeah, this road is going to be good even for people living in Vijaya Nagar. Now we don't have to travel on the 2 lane road, but we can use the 4 lane road, which will reduce our travel time. Currently if we are travelling from Vijaya Nagar, we have to travel through small roads in areas like Bada Ganpati. This road will also make it easy for people living in East Indore to travel to the airport.Yeah, this road is going to be good even for people living in Vijaya Nagar. Now we don't have to travel on the 2 lane road, but we can use the 4 lane road, which will reduce our travel time. Hey! The Indore Monorail project was proposed a long time back, and as per my research certain meetings were held between the Indore Development Authority and the Larsen and Toubro officials. The project has been under talks since then. The state government has already given its approval to go ahead with the monorail project. But, I think for such a huge infrastructural development lot of planning and development is required, and thus, it would be a while till we see the first stone for the mono rail is laid.Hey! Actually, yes there is a new road being constructed to reduce the traffic on the road that leads to the airport and to make it faster to travel from Indore city to the airport. The local administration have put in plans to develop a four land road from the Super Corridor to the Devi Ahilya Airport. The Super Corridor which is being promoted by the government as the next IT hub in Indore, will in the future be an important area in Indore. Tricone City provides for UPS back up, and also practices conserving through rain water harvesting practices, the complete treatment of sewage and recycling water for irrigation and flushing. Hey, guys I am currently staying in a rented 3 bhk apartment in Pardeshipura. When, we moved in to the house, everything was going smoothly. But recently, my family has been facing a lot of problems in the apartment complex. When we shifted in, we were promised full power back up, a clubhouse and basically a luxrious and healthy environment. None of this was given, The swimming pool is not maintained at all. The garbage dumping area is unkept. The full power back works only at times. But the main problem, is the termite infestation. As I cant stay here for too long, I am look for a nice and clean place to buy an apartment in the near future. If anyone can help me in finding a residential complex that deals with these issues, it would be really helpful.

As far as I know the Indore Municipal Corporation has decided to take very serious steps to help in the decongestion of the traffic on the BRTS corridor. The proposal is to gather a provision of Rs. 346 crore to construct flyovers at the most important junctions of the area. The new flyovers along with development for traffic crossings in the locality can immensely help in easing the traffic congestion here. The body has also made provisions for traffic management to ensure smooth movement of traffic at all times of the day.

The biggest problem we are facing currently is that the main sewage line of the indore municipal corporation is not connected to the drainage line of the area. It was still working quite fine for the last few months because all the waste was directed towards an agricultural field. Recently the line has been blocked by the owner of this land for whatever reason and now we are put in a situation that is getting worse every day.Greetings to you. Especially related to water and electricty supply. Rather a lack of it. Since it has a strategic location that is between Narmada and Chambal rivers, these resources can no longer provide sufficient amount of water for the growing population. Hello :) The first set of flats that were constructed for the lower income groups under scheme 94 have still not even been occupied. Apparently these flats weren't too great and was of very poor quality. People found them too expensive and only 25 forms have been submitted for renting houses out of the available 146. The builders are getting no takers. That's why this new plan is said to do better because they're trying to make the flats in such a way that it is perfect for low cost living without having to compromise on quality. The plan was to converge the 2 rivers at the source of Narmada itself in Ujjaini which is 19 km away from here. And turns out that the project was a huge success! There were water resources that was enough for crores of devotees who came to Ujjain for the month long 2016 Kumbh Mela! Isn't that great? Well apparently not and who is upset about this? Well the seers in Ujjain ofcourse! Why? Because it goes against the holiness of the individual identity of the rivers of course! According to these seers, they would rather bathe in a dry Kshipra that is on the verge of death than allow the infusion of pollutants of another river. If they stop their manufacturing then this will take a toll on the real estate of Rau Pithampur as well and property prices and value will go down. Example is Mahindra company that had to get water from Indore for a while to continue operations. Sad part is that even water tankers are not enough for these industries as this water is considered 'hard water' and cannot be used in the industrial process. efinitely some arrangement should be made asap but nobody even cares to do anything about it. I don't think the problem has been completely rectified. I read that the farmers at Talawani Chanda are rebelling against the electrity lines being laid down all across their agricultural fields. The Narmada phase 3 project requires drawing water from Mandlashar dam by laying an electrity line of 132 kv. But the farmers aren't budging and the state may need to take legal action against those who resist which is very sad. But only 90 MLD of water is being drawn from here when in reality approx 300 MLD needs to be drawn. So there is still a bit of an issue but I don't think it would directly affect you. You want only houses or apartments are also fine? Sarthak builders have another project for Singapore Green View apartments that has been ready to occupy since Feb. If you want more space then you should take the houses but the flats seem quite spacious enough. Sq.ft for 1 bhk and 2 bhk flats is between 600 to 800. Tricone City is involved with rain water harvesting practices, recycling waste, recycling and reusing sewage water for irrigation and flushing, 24 hr water supply with 1.5 days water storage in various underground and overhead tanks. Talawali Chand is at its best right now, property wise and development wise. The infrastructure in the area seems to be improving drastically and the areas where Manglia and Mahalakshmi Nagar are situated are prime locations which have all the facilities around them. I can imagine it helping the industrial and other sectors of both the cities of Indore and Bhopal a lot, since it is going to be centrally located to both the cities. The ISBT project stands for the Inter-State Bus Terminal that is going to be opened in Super Corridor, near Kumedi. I think the slated year of completion for this project will be 2016. Hey, guys I am currently staying in a rented 3 bhk apartment in Pardeshipura. When, we moved in to the house, everything was going smoothly. But recently, my family has been facing a lot of problems in the apartment complex. When we shifted in, we were promised full power back up, a clubhouse and basically a luxrious and healthy environment. None of this was given, The swimming pool is not maintained at all. As of right now the railway authorities are still working on this route. For now there are only trains from Indore to Patna. Dude, but Im pretty sure that the procurement proposal has been shelved. At the moment there is no proposal to repair the hydraulic platform or to buy a new one. There has definitely been a rise in the numbers. I think it's a very good idea to move into this place. A lot of schools and colleges are aropund and the nearest airport is barely 25 km away! Anyway the place is quite residential. Its nice and quiet, but at the same time it has a pretty strong social infrastructure in and around here. I mean there are so many schools here, like the NR Kids Academy, the New Azad Higher Secondary School, and many daycares also like Oranges Preschool and Evening Actvities centre.
