According to the sources, one of the resident of Chandni Chowk has filed a Public Interest Litigation at the Delhi High Court about the civic body not taking actions against the illegal constructions in the area. As the building dont have any safety norms, he thought that the building can collaspe anytime harming the resident of the near by areas. The Comptroller and the Auditor General were asked to take the initiative for the development and ensure that the work is transparent. The State Government alos announced that the residents facing problems regarding improper water supply, sanitation and other related issues are going to be solved very soon. Hi, If you have the deed of relinquishment in your name and it is already registered in a authorised place then no body has the right to take away the property from you. A will of your mother will also work as a proof if any. A legal conclusion can only be drawn after seeing the relevant documents. They just want to suck people money. Some how we citizen onf india should clear and straight and transparent policy so that all utilization of money is clearly accounted. Hi Shefali, buying the first home is really a tricky job, but believe me this is the best investment of your life time. Few important things you need to keep in mind are do not buy a property if the title of property is not clear. If title is not clear or marketable it will cause problem in future and financial institutes refuse to finance on such properties.Ensure that seller of property has all documents relating to property. My suggestion is do not go for a plot , i your are not playing to construct now. Because , a barren plot may cause you many problems in future, more over if you construct after so many years, you will not hve a perfect idea of the future returns which is more imp. Without the RWA in place, it will me very difficult for all the residents to unitedly appeal to the builder for the NOC. Sanjay, I would advice you to go and spend some time in that area, once you will visit the dwarka expressway then only you will be able to decide. Well if you want the possession by this year you can go for a resale property in India bulls. The price per sq ft is around 4500/- 4600/-. This property was launched at RS 1900/- per sq ft and people are getting 1.5 times appreciation.

Q: Hi Authorities, Please note that we have recieved the offer of possession, however the property is incomplete yet even after a delay of five months. I urge the Southcity Builder to provide us a date of completion and assurance that we will not be handed over a grossly incomplete authority. Even if the apartment is complete, it seems that there will be a delay in the construction of common areas and property will be in no practical shape to move in. Not only this.. Waterlogging issue even paves way to traffic issues. Peopl cant move forward as roads cant be seen clearly. And they have to take alternate roads for going forward. Both Indira Nagar and Faizabad road are good areas to invest in Lucknow. Although considering long term benefits and price performance ratio, I would suggest Faizabad road more than Indira Nagar. Another reason is that prices in Indira Nagar are a little too high for me although that’s a premium one pays to live close to the city. I expect 10-15% hike over a period of five years at the least. If you have made up your mind to invest in Janakipurm and extension I suggest talking a look at various plots that can fetch good value for money apart from residential apartments. Apartments have their own advantages but since a lot of old timers in Lucknow feel more comfortable in buying and selling plots, it can offer you a premium in the medium to long term.
Yes, before doing any investments, should take a look and check from different people.

Located in the CIS Gomti Region- Phase 3, Ashiana Colony like most other areas like Rae Barely Road and Sultanpur Road offer good value for money in the medium to long term. You have not mentioned whether you are seeking to purchase as an investment vehicle or for personal use.

The biggest plus point of Hardoi Road is the close proximity to the Indian Institute of Management (IIM). With a large number of professionals, the area offers good rental accommodation for residential apartments in the long run. There is no denying the fact that both government authorities and private developers have planned residential projects. Hardoi Road region is indeed a good area for investment purposes. Good to know that you are seeking to invest in Lucknow. The city is actually going under a transition period. Since Lucknow is witnessing a realty boom period, a number of smalltime developers have jumped in the market. There are however a number of well established domestic reputed builders like Raj Ganga developers, Godawari developers and Rohtas Projects Pvt. Ltd. which have been offering world class infrastructure at par with the major pan India developers like DLF and Unitech. You have not mentioned your location of interest but there are some very good projects going on in Trans Gomti areas like Gomtinagar and Jankipuram. If you are seeking to invest with a long term view, the Urban Village Apartments at Hardoi road and Eldeco Eternia on Sitapur road are two good investment opportunities.

Hi, this is because of the new rule by the Noida authority's to hike land allotment prices by more than 30%. Not only that one of the major reasons that I feel is the decision to scrap the Jewar Airport. This has a major impact in the way corporates are seeing Greater Noida now. Logistically, it makes sense to stay closer to the airport.

Yeas, sure, Verona is offering 2 and 3 BHK with a sq ft area of 1441 sq ft for 2 bhk , 1824-2136 sq ft for 3 bhk, and 3756 s ft for 4 bhk. They are quoting Rs 5500 per sq ft. They have launched this project over 2 years ago and the price appreciation has already taken place.

Although as per few news and local broker , lease will be renewed after every 30 yrs and it will be solely buyer's discretion to renew it every time. hmm suniya , Noida extension... saab..almost all projects are having delay possession, due to the confused order by authorities. Hence , if you think about delay.. then Noida extension is not your cup of tea.. To invest in Noida , you have to wait till 2017.. They need to clear the area, build roads, and even though possession will be given by few.... people cannot stay there... because rest of the projects will be going on.So... kindly keep the delay factor away...and concentrate on quality and brand. :)

Yes true , but i got to know that there are new infrastructural development thats coming up soon, and there is a also a proposition of a bridge … so let see.
But we cannot wait when the proposition will come and when it will get passed right. Guys i do not think this sector is worth investing … village all around, only after 5 km there are any connectivity, and hardly any good projects thats coming up.

How can we forget the fact that there are no markets nearby ..... the initial struggle starts from buying vegetables to groceries and other stuff such as milk, bread and even medicines. None of these are available close by. So i guess before the units were constructed... the developers should have taken care of the Social infra!
Guys i wil tell you the main reason of the this !!!! The complex is currently being maintained by money paid by 300-odd individuals and corporates who had bought apartments from Emaar-MGF as Delhi Development Authority (DDA), which owns over 722 of these apartments, has not started paying its share of the maintenance. Hence when the fund is less, how can you expect that there will be good maintenance??? why to blame the authority?

The National Green Tribunal on Wednesday came down heavily on the Delhi Development Authority for having failed, despite repeated orders, to come clean on the Yamuna floodplains and activities permitted there.

Great to know sanjay that you are looking for investment in Jaipur. VPA City Township on Highway NH8 gives around 12 perc returns., if you are planning for investment i would suggest you to go ahead. The price is around 2700 per sq yds (plots) i.e 300/sq ft. If you are looking for investment purposes you have to invest atleast for 3 to 5 years. In a long term investment this property will give you a good return.

Hi Bhuvan, According to me, every locality ensures that amenities are close by but a luxury house should stand apart when it comes to such amenities. Good schools, playgrounds, family recreational centres at a walking distance, malls and commercial centres on the periphery would be appreciated. Neighbourhoods should also be kept in mind. The right kind of people around you is a must.
Hi Bhuvan ji, In my point of view, a luxury home should be smart in terms of technology that is implemented, durability of fittings, exclusivity of interiors and open floor planning. There should be garbage disposal techniques that don’t affect ecology and resources that are energy-efficient. ‘Smart’ is just a concept circulating in brochures.

Hi, As per Rohit Modi, president, CREDAI-NCR highlights, "Since developers are realising the urgent need for skilled labour to save on account of material by reducing wastage, reduction in man days and to improve quality of construction, adopting the initiative taken by CREDAI Pune is imminent."
@ Prnay, According to me, however, this would involve the financial side as the worker will have to come to the training center, instead of going to work to earn wages. The worker would have to be compensated with the wages or stipend. This would add to the cost of skill development which would be borne by the developer.

Hi, Bahadurgarh is in shut proximity with Gurgaon (30 km), IT hub in NCR region. so IT and Management institutes have an best possibility for student's placements. PDM school of Engineering a premier engineering school of the state is additionally placed in Bahadurgarh. It's 3 engineering schools with in town boundaries.

Eminent infradevelopers Pvt. Ltd. claimed in Dec. 2013 that they have got the completion certificate from MDDA. But MDDA refused it.
