Hi, I am facing problem with PRajay Mega Polis venture in Hyderabad. When I paid advance of 1 Lakh in April 2011, they told that my tower #8 will start in June and will complete by 2.5 years. They did not give me any agreement till date despite of various reminders from me. Finally when I approached the ED Sumith Sen he told that tower #8 will not start until next 6 to 8 months and the completion will be in next 3 to 4 years. When I asked for my money refund he said the company will deduct 40 to 50 thousand. This is really unfair and I want to proceed legally on this. You see the ground-water department did a research on this and have found out some pretty disappointing numbers especially over the past year from the January of 2014. Yes syed, I think water problem is the severe water crisis which takes place every year between March and June. The water table is declining and bore wells have dried up. How good is the location of the property if I am working for an IT company in Hitech city or Gachibowli ? Are there any other fully gated projects completed by Elegant Infratech builder. If yes how is the maintenance during the first one year. Please let me know if there are any other concerns with this project, it will be very helpful for me to take a decision. Thanks.

Hello dear , I am residing in this location and I found many civic issues in this area. Of the worst are the bad roads and insufficient water supply. In fact very recently there's was a report about this that I saw on the news. Basically the road situation is very bad. potholes everywhere, sewage and sludge make it difficult for cars and bikes to ride on it. Many 2 wheelers have met with minor accidents because of uneven roads. And if a car goes fast on these roads, the car's engine starts acting up or gets damaged. And every single road is bad. I haven't seen one nice one yet. Water problem is another thing. Everyday the lower income groups sit by the pipeline waiting for water to show up and it is in very limited quantity. So most of them have to spend extra and buy water from tankers which is not fair for them! It is very close to Hyderabad-Bangalore Highway, 20 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes from DLF Township and Wipro SEZ, 15 minutes drive from TISS campus and Maruthi Corporation, 5 minutes from NRSA.
