Hey, you don’t have to go to a MysoreOne center to pay your water bill. You can pay the water bill online on the MysoreOne website. Read it and just follow the instructions. The monthly water charge in Mysore is Rs. 175 for domestic users. The best residential area near the Infosys training centre is Vijayanagar. It’s only 5km away from Infosys and has all the amenities required for a residential area. You will find plenty of apartments or villas here. The average square foot selling price of the apartments here is Rs 3000. Gokulam is another residential area close to Infosys. The apartment rates are a bit on the higher side, around Rs 4000/sq. ft. This place is one of the oldest residential areas in Mysore and has excellent water supply facilities. I got some information about the 2 bhk here. they are providing the 2 bhk here for around 1200 square feet, 1186 square feet and 1191 square feet. Kakkanad is a great place, Skywing is close to the InfoPark, the upcoming Smart City, the National Highway bypass, the train station and Airport, and the Veegaland Amusement Park. What more can you ask for? as for Skywing itself, it is a township, which means you get everything you need, from gyms to swimming pools, Billiards and tennis court, shopping complexes, health centers, a 24 hours pharmacy, and 24 hours power backup and wifi. Its good overall, but if you are particular about being closer to the train station and airport, you could find closer places. Hello Krishna, Bangalore-Mysore Infrastructure Corridor also known as NICE Corridor, it is a 111 km long proposed four to six-lane private tolled expressway that intends to connect Bangalore and Mysore. It is expected to get commissioned by March 2016.
Thanks shree for your valuable information. I think Mysore is expected to pick-up pace just like Mumbai-Pune Expressway, which reduced the travel time between these cities to two hours. This not only resulted in development of infrastructure but created a lot of job opportunities in Pune. A similar story is expected to recur in Mysore.

While these are some of the proposed ideas, the builders are already implementing rain water harvesting and sewage treatment. Najeeb Zackeria, who is the managing director of Abad builders, said so. Yes, I think the Pachalam Railway overbridge will be useful for commuters and residents of Pachalam. You know, this bridge had actually been first sanctioned in 2000! It's taken them almost fifteen years to start this project. This is what we can expect from our government! This bridge will be a two lane bridge, which will be built by the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). This bridge will be very useful because this is a busy area, and around 100 trains run on this line every day. Because of this level crossing, there are huge traffic jams in the area. Actually, work hasn't begun on the Palarivattom flyover, they've only laid the foundation stone as of now. The flyover will be constructed on the Palarivattom bypass junction, and will be 620 metres long. This project is part of the Speed Kerala project that was initiated by the Kerala government and the government has said that it will cost 72 crore to build the project. From June 5th onwards they will issue tenders for the building of the Vyttila and Kundannoor flyovers. I have found out that these people want to build a luxury apartment buildings with 180 3-BHK units and 90 2-BHK units. They are including the extra facilities such as automatic lifts, 24 hour security, swimming pool, and garden. I am a little disappointed with price, not enough for my budget. So, I’ve just gone ahead and got my hands on some prime property located in Ponnurunni, which is located to th North of both Elamkulam and Vytilla. Vytilla is actually towards the eastern side of Elamkulam, and is located between the Champakara canal and the Thevara canal. The locality of Elamkulam consists of other smaller surrounding residential colonies such as Jawahar Nagar, Nethaji Nagar, Bose Nagar, and Gandhi Nagar. These residential colonies are home to famous people such as the actor, Mammoothy. Elamkulam alos has a number of churches as well as temples. There are plans to widen the Mysore - Bangalore road as well as the Bogadhi road that links southern parts of Mysore to Hunsur road. This is good for us motorcyclists because at least this way we can get to places on time. Traffic in the city is terrible otherwise. This project was actually included in the 2012 to 2013 budget and only now it's being implemented. Reason was because they also had to do some electric pole shifting work so they thought they'd do it simultanously. Oh also the University of Mysore had objections becuase they felt that the wider roads would cut into their campus and disturb the students. Poor students right? Ha! Haha, yeah. The civic authorities are actually planning to take strict action on the people who are dumping waste in the canal. Along with putting up barricades and fences, They are planning to install hidden cameras in and around the Ernakulam canal to catch people who are dumping waste. It a good idea actually. Atleast now the people in the city will stop dumping the waste into the canal and damaging it.Haha, yeah. I would like to say that Vazhakkala is near to the Civil Lines road which connects to the salem-kochi-kanyakumari highway. I think I should say that the connectivity is excellent here. Exactly, that is true..but, if you look at the what the majority of the properties in this region are,,then you will come to know that most properties in Achutham layout are individual houses only. Only some apartments are here. The DLF group offers some world class amenities and I don't think the builders of the apartments need further introduction. I am expecting that New Town Heights will hold up to the reputation of their builders. Some of the amenities provided in the apartments include garden, Wifi, basketball court, badminton court and gymnasium.

yeah..that's true..the negotiation of the city roads are becoming a nightmare for every person actually. Now the tarred roads are not being perennial especially when it is most needed, that is monsoon. That is why, the government is planning to set up interlocking bricks in the kochi city roads

The starting prices for the 4 bhk type villas is Rs. 71.50 lakhs. They are coming up on 1.5 acres of land in Kochi and I think it is a duplex. The connectivity is one of the best things that I liked about this locality. As you can see, the NAD Road passes through the centre of this locality. Near to this locality itself, the Salem-Kochi-Kanyakumari highway passes. Tiknar Homes pvt. ltd is actually quite a decent company. I mean there are not that many complaints about them and their work or anything pertaining to their work on the apartments and buildings. You can actually consider them.

I think that it is not that good for the GCDA to spend their money for such a visionless project. I think that this smart city is a project of the union ministry of shipping and will be constructed in 12 major ports of India. The estimated total investment for the project is rs. 50000 crores. At present, the city has one sewage treatment plant that is owned and operated by Kerala Water Authority at Elamkulam. I am of the opinion that there would not be any demand from investors for such bond offerings from the state government which is reeling under financial distress. In response to the complaints by residents near the Muvattupuzha General Hospital alleging that waste water from the bathrooms and laboratories along with a leakage in the septic tank was getting collected between the hospital and the M.C. Road.

You see...in my opinion this is a good program and this should be a role model for many other programs for the betterment of the residents in this region. Hi, recently, I came to know about the developments that are going on in the Infopark. I think that this question is relating to that. If so.. I want to say that many companies such as cognizant, claysys technologies, brigade group etc and all the other companies that are in this project will get world class infrastructure for IT firms.
Oh...is it by the government? what all are included in this project plan?

YOu know the CRZ - 1 includes mangrove areas, estuary, marine habitats and water bodies while the CRZ-II includes places that have already been developed. Corporations and municipalities come under it as they are urban bodies. Hi i want to tell you that there are some steps that the government is taking now to provide the title deeds to the 57 families of the Mayday Nagar. I think that the decision was made by the Revenue Minister Adoor Prakash.

Actualy, we residents challenged these 'excuses' and asked how technical failures could occur on a daily basis. In Kaloor area, power went out at least 14 times a day last week. But as far as my information goes, except for a minor correction in a Budget presented during an LDF rule earlier, Budget figures were never revised in the history of the Kochi Corporation on the day of passing.That is true. A few days ago if I am not wrong. The revenue department had turned down KMRL's request for reducing the land requirement in the area to 55 cents from the original 1.16 acres citing that partial acquisition is not technically feasible. Trendz Whispering Woods is spread over 7 and half acres of land with spacious 2 and 3 bhk apartments. It is not a joint Venture and all the apartments are designed according to Vaastu Complaint. The project seems to be good for end use purpose.
Yeah even I have seen the property and planning to invest here but I feel the locality is not that great... Any take away about the locality?
