Hey Sushant, the rental rates are continuously rising.. there is no hope they will reduce in near future.. There has been 25-50 percent rise in rentals in Delhi and NCR regions in the last 2 years. Hi, M2K Group is good company in terms of construction and delivering the project. Price per sq f is different for 3 and 4 bhks . True i agree with the previous comment. But i would like to highlight few example,in Odisha, after the development of the area, for employment government gave land mining and all.. but it gave a result , creating health problems for the workers. Why can't we let people do , what they can. by snatching the land and giving new opportunity will not help them to develop their life. you are taking away their land, their work.. what they can do.money and bill won't compensate the farmers land.True i agree with the previous comment. But your agent also needs to be able to safeguard your financial interests. A good agent will listen carefully to your priorities and won’t waste time on properties that don’t fit the budget. No, a builder cannot ask for the maintenance charges and club membership charges individually. And you do not need to pay any GST on it. As it is clearly mentioned in the GST that if the maintenance charges of a society increase more than 20 lakh on an annual basis then builder has to register the society under GST rules.Hello Vivek,

If you are getting a good deal and stay away from this project. There are lots of court cases pending against the developer and their projects in Noida. In June 2017, a homebuyer of Amrapali Leisure Park, Greater Noida, invoking sections 420 (cheating) and 406 (criminal breach of trust) of IPC for the delay in possession. The flat was supposed to handover by 2014 but still, homebuyers are struggling to get their flat possession.If you are getting a good deal and stay away from this project.
