Buyers think that , it is just 2 km so can invest in a plot of 40-50/k psm, this is the value of sector 122 . even if we talk about the locality, sector 122 is covered with two villages which is real a bad factor. Due to this, the developers building small size projects hardly arranged parking space in these buildings. Hi Surender, you are right on some of the points and yes the presence of investors increases the property prices for the end users.... but then it can also be looked at in another way... The investor is actually giving the money to the builder that is interest free and hence being partners in the development of the project.

This is a complete misunderstanding of the nature of tax.

The NDMA, was claiming that these guidelines were prepared in 2010 and were still under discussion with the Reserve Bank of India. Even as per the existing consumer protection laws, this information needs to be spread to the population at large. It is not being done at the moment and neither is it being impose by the government.

In my point of view, if you are working in Noida Sector -2 or 16, then most suitable residential area will be Noida-15,19 and 20. Rental value will be around 5000/per-month to 15000/per-month. If your work place is in sector 18, then most suitable wotk place will be Sector 19, 20. Here you can get rent around 6000-12000/per-month. If you are working in Noida sector 16A, then most suitable area will be New Ashok Nagar, Noida sec-27 , 29. Here you will get flat in around 4000/- to 20000/-per month. Under the scheme, 481 projects were sanction for building 7.89 lakh homes. Of them, development of 6.03 lakh homes have been finished while work is in advancement for 1.86 lakh units as on April 16. To establish transparency & quick approval of projects, green clearance is going to be on line in 12 states. This is not a new one. There is already an on line system , launched in around June or July in last year. This on line system was for forest & CRZ clearance and environment clearance for A category project , linked to thermal power, river valley, infrastructure & industry across country.Hi Akash,
