The area is actually quite a nice locality except for the huge pools of stagnant water. Children couldn't even play outside and any outdoor activity had to be finished off quickly so people didn't have to inhale the stench. This project was approved sometime in January last years and is only happening now? Why such a delay though. I think GHMC had approved 90 lakhs of funds to replace all these irregular signages on Madina - Charminar stretch that was so irritating to see. Honestly, I think lanco hills project is too expensive. If you are moving alone, or with just one other person, it makes more sense to take up an apartment in green space signature. The Road in here is very narrow and full of poth holes! And as there are many colleges round near this locality, every morning there is a huge traffic jam that happens in here.
