The biggest problem this locality faces is the stench coming from the Durgam Cheruvu that is located nearby. The lake is used as a dumping ground for sewage from all the industrial areas in the city. The current prices are that high? Yeah I've heard land is now costing 4,500 per sq.ft in outskirts of Vijaywada. You can no longer sell land for 2500 per sq feet. One of the reasons for the delay of CPP projects was actually that earlier politicans wanted to promote and give priority to Telegu language. Hey no I dont think that the authorities are planning to divert the metro track rowards the Mahatma Gandhi Bus Stand,.. Heya, The Governemnet is planning two AeroSpace parks in the state. One Aerospace park is said to come up in the Ibrahimpatnam, next to the avaition SEZ. And the next aerospace park is being planned in Warangal. I have heard that this particular project will come up somewhere in the Turkapally region. The facility will be a centralised compositing station for the maintenance of organic wastes. The locality is facing hell lots of issues. The roads in this locality are not well laid, actually. There is a huge dumping yard very close to the Dammaiguda area and it seems there is no ground water, no panchayat water and no water tankers.
