Both these apartment projects are being claimed as budget apartments by the Shriram group. The Shriram Sai Sreyas has both apartments as well as villas. The apartments are on Sarvanampatti and are available in 2 and 3BHKs. Hey, if you are thinking of moving to Ramanathapuram, it’s a very good decision and you can definitely go ahead with it. This place has everything, starting from good schools and colleges to supermarkets and railway station. The water facility is excellent. There are several banks and ATMs as well. You can even get a world class hospital like Gem Hospital in Ramanathapuram. It is extremely well connected with the rest of the city. In case you are planning to move in to Giri Nagar, there are few things about this locality that you should be aware of. The drainage system here is below average. And the residents have had to face a lot of problems for that. At some parts, the drains are open really wide. This is extremely unhygienic and is a breeding ground for mosquitoes, cockroaches and other pests. The air is becoming polluted around this area due to the stink being given off by these open drains. The situation worsens in rainy season, when all the contents of the drains overflow out into the streets. The local people have brought the matter to the eyes of the corporation and it is being looked into. Yeah, Kalapatti is a preferred locality for buying residential homes. It is very close to the busier Saravanampatti, but isn’t so busy itself. So it is better to go for houses in this area rather than Saravanampatti. The best part is that it is quite close to the SNS Engineering College, so this area is seeing a lot of development, in terms of both real estate and infrastructure. If the Regulator Bill is passed this year, that will provide another huge boost to the real estate in Coimbatore. Thudiyalur is one of the prime residential localities in Coimbatore, and buying an apartment there is really smart, as you will get high returns and get back your investment amount in a few years itself. So from purely an investment point of view, you will stand to gain a lot by buying an apartment at the Marutham Galaxy project. Hi :) yup even I heard about that...talks been going on for quite a while now. So what I did is, I researched a bit on this, just out of curiosity. Turns out what this guy said is true. There has been a proposal for the construction of a medium duty metro rail project. But the thing is, it is still only a proposal. These people from the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation have to give a detailed project report stating all the proposed designs and details for this particular project. That has to be approved, and only then they can proceed with the work. Hi :) yup even I heard about that...talks been going on for quite a while now. Hey hi, I am also residing in Singanallur only yaar. Personally, I found it a bit difficult in the beginning, but I settled down well. This place is so peaceful and nice. Haha as long as you don’t trouble the neighbours, you will be fine. You have everything close to you here. The bus stand, the railway station, Ulavar Sandai, and it also has good road connections, like the Avinashi road and Trichy road. I think Mettupalayam is a very good place to live in Sure, there are major traffic problems but where in Coimbatore is there not? If you're thinking about investing in property this place is perfect. It's beautiful because it has a scenic view of mountains and forests on one side and it can be considered residential as it has all sorts of nice places to eat, good schools, shopping complex and parks. Real estate is good so prices will appreciate soon. Hello. Srivari Ramakrishna Gardens is a new project in the Ganapathy locality of Coimbatore that has been built by renowned builders Srivari Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. The gated community consists of less than 100 units of villas that are build on area of 2100 to about 2300 sq ft. The villas are available in only 3 BHK, and have been ready for possession since May 2013. I am not aware of the pricings of the villas but I have a friend who lives there and has claimed it is very economically priced. There are ample amenities provided in this project and thats why it makes for a favorable pick. Hello. Hey! Ganapathy is quite an overpopulated area which can caused it to experience problems in traffic congestion as well as supply of water. Even though rain water harvesting is implemented so intensely in the area, the water stored is not sufficient enough to be supplied to all residents of the Ganapathy locality. In some other areas under Ward 1, the Coimbatore Corporation only supplies water once in 15 to 20 days. This water is okay in quality the first few days and then deteriorates immensely after the fourth day, and is unusable no matter how much it is boiled. Hey! Ganapathy is quite an overpopulated area which can caused it to experience problems in traffic congestion as well as supply of water. RS Puram was the perfect place to start this project because it really needed a proper system for waste disposal. Now that this facility is there, I suggest you go ahead and get an apartment there because the locality is really nice and well developed for Coimbatore standards. And it is a known fact that there are open drains everywhere, with dirty water flowing on the streets in Ramanathapuram. I'm quite upset that this scheme road project is yet to take off. I don't understand why the mayor promised to develop one road a year but still nothing has been done about it. This plan was on the 2013-2014 budget and now it is part of the 2014-2015 budget also. Even the thadagam-perur link road which was supposed to have been completed ages ago still hasn't taken off. They were trying to build a temple here without taking the proper permissions and registering their temple. Thank God the town planning wing of the Coimbatore Corporation came to know of it immediately. In fact, these two actually form part of the level crossing in Coimbatore North Tirupur section. These two sanctions that were supposed to be completed sometime between 3 years ago to now, still haven't been completed and if they were, they were expected to expected to turn Coimbatore and Tirupur districts into level crossing-free districts. Once these sanctioned projects are taken up sincerely by the authorities, given priority and focus, only then can development take place and we can rid Coimbatore of all the traffic obstacles. But, if you look at other unit types, Saffron buds will look like a better option because the apartments are bigger in area there. Especially if you look at 3 bhk units, Royal skyline people are selling apartments of area 1619-1874 for around 65-75 lacs, which is way higher than what Saffron Bud is offering for. Honestly amenities wise, Skyline has nothing extraordinary either, the usual stuff like Saffron buds only. Yea Vellalore is very strategically located, surrounded by Podanur- Chettipalayam road, also the Salem-Kochi National Highway. True that. Also, you shouldn't face water problems during the non-summer months at all. Last summer, there was some problem around Coimbatore, but did not really affect Trichy Road so much. I think you should know that the big water tank here in Ukkadam is completely polluted because of rampant garbage dumping here. The discharges are entering the tank through its two pipes that are facing the north. They mostly come from nearby dye units. Oh yes, I agree with you. A few of my relatives also have visisted both Sakthi Summit and Sakthi Rama Towers and they say sakthi Summit is the better of the two. Both the apartment complexes have 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats. Yeah those shops were actually on a piece of land which was part of a reserved site. Sadly, the condition of roads in Selvapuram is very bad. Especially during monsoons, wide potholes are created in the road, and they get filled with dirty water. These acts as a breeding ground for insects as well. From what i know the vendors on the street hav ebeen asked to vacate and they have been alloted alternate working spaces. That should help I think. Hey the noble aishwaryam is an upcoming villa project that is offering various units with 2 bhk and 3 bhk for sale. The villas are all row houses and I think there are around 30 villas being built and they are all for sale.
Hey the Noble Aishwaryam is offering many facilities too, inside the gated communtity like a multi purpose hall, a club house, a 24 hour power back up and manual security. If you ask me, i find it a good project.

Waise dont worry about your weekly or monthly household and grocery shopping. Plenty of places to do that on DB Road. I do my shopping from New Raja Stores, aor sometimes from Kuppuraj stores. Oh and not just the Podanur main road, this place is also well connected via the NH47 that passes through here. That stretch is also referred to as the Salem- Kochi- Kanyakumari highway. Hey, let me warn you about something. There was an old dump yard here where the waste from the entire city of Coimbatore used to be dumped. This Dumpyard was as big as 32 acres, and even though the residents got it moved recently to a different location, there still are people who dump the waste here in huge number. Hey there I know a little bit about the pricing of flats in these projects and I felt that it was a bit expensive. The 3 BHK apartments' prices here goes from about 57 laks to upto 62 lakhs which seems like a lot for what they have to offer.
True. They aren't even offering that much on the amenities and facility front. All that they are offering is Rain Water Harvesting plant for the dry summers. Because you know there's a lot of water problems here and the other one is 24 hour power backup thing.

Hey recently the Government has annonced that there will be a Western Bypass Road from sugunapuram to narashimhanaicken jnction. It is going to be a huge 4 lane road and it will start from the sugunapuram area only. It will come up here shortly
yes, the western Bypass ROad will start from here and i think that this will develope the area further in terms of social infrastructure. and it will also decreasethe traffic hassel in the area. I think the real estate market in here will be developing in the near future. It is a good time to invest in here too

From what i have heard, Uppilipalayam is a very good locality, which is situated in the east region of the city. The locality is surrounded by some major localities like Peelamedu, Udayampalyam, Pudur, Puliakulam, Ramanathapuram , Kallimadai, Singanallur, and Sakthi Nagar.

Exactly. Here's a bit more proof to support that. Supposedly, 191 residential buildings were up to get approvals in the 2013-14 financal year. You know, Phase II will take a lot of time I think as it involves land acquisition and the necessary costs will be in the government's hands. From what i have heard, the plans already have been approved, and the construction would be taken up by the Public Works Department (Medical Wing) soon.
