Nationalized banks are not providing any home loans against B-Katha property.You can go to the sub-registrar office to get the site converted according to govt. Mysore road, Kanakapura road, Bannerghatta road are state highways with 'agriculture' base and won't see a lot of investments. Karnataka govt would not be interested in strategic investment in Sarjapur and Hosur road side because that would be helping the cause of TN. They probably already regret electronic city. Most of the builders have the same kind of responses guys.. It is not right to trust a builder only on this basis. Try doing some legal checks of all required documents. Bhartiya City Nikoo Homes is indeed a good project but with the PRR approval the prices have risen 8 to 10% already. According to the telephonic conversation the project is having 3 blocks among which two are completed and one of the block is under construction. It is also known that the project is approved by BDA. Rental on Tranquility is not very high so I am thinking rather than investing lumpsum on a ready possession flat I should go for something which will be ready by the time area (Budigere) is developed even more. Meanwhile I can put the balance money in FDs, MFs etc.
Dream acres appears promising as well but I did not like the road leading to it from Varthur.. goes through a narrow village road. The road on the other side is good and will be widened by Sobha itself. Another drawback I thought was that this was away from the airport though close to some current IT offices
Budigere will get more IT people in future.

Yes, locality is flood prone and last year 400 families were evacuated by rescue teams after heavy rain waterlogging in several parts of locality. Entire neighborhoods in H.S.R. Layout Sector 6 and 7 were inundated and residents had to wade through knee-deep water to get to work.
