Hi Ranjan,
As per their payment plans, at the time of booking you need to pay 10% of the total rate, 85% on bank loan approvals by builder and it is to be paid within 45 days. 95% paid before construction in this plan. Final 5% is to be paid after possession. It comes under plan A and I think yours is the same plan. Please consult with the builder once about the plan.

Can anyone advise on that Amrapali has been sending pre cancellation letters to house owners. First of all , the tie ups with PSU Banks is totally useless. They are taking a longtime for sanction. In my case 3 months as of now. Did anyone else has suffered the same.

Heya Rahul , yes government is coming up with new townships. A new board meeting is organized by three authorities in Gautam Budh Nagar to settle a new amendment in the housing scheme. Hi Authorities,
Please note that we have recieved the offer of possession, however the property is incomplete yet even after a delay of five months. I urge the Southcity Builder to provide us a date of completion and assurance that we will not be handed over a grossly incomplete authority. Even if the apartment is complete, it seems that there will be a delay in the construction of common areas and property will be in no practical shape to move in.

I bought a re-sale(First re-sale) Flat in Dwarka Sec 23 in May 2017. The Flat was alloted to the original seller in Dec 2016. There was no property tax payment till date. My question is
1.should there be no property tax prior to dec 2016(FY 16-17) as the allotment took place in dec 2016?
2.If at all there is property tax for FY 16 -17 then is should be pro rated from Dec 2016 to March 2017?

If yes, then it now depends on the seller, if he is ready to pay you the due property tax then its good for you.
