ANSAL API has launched Golf City in Lucknow with Paradise diamond and all of us who bought flats in the schme are being cheated by ansals.After paradise diamond many schemes were launched by them and they have started construction of the same much earlier,but i dont know that why they are not initiating construction of Paradise Diamond.Every time you ask their local office in Lucknow and you get a answer that in next 3 months it will start.More then one and half year is passed but still no construction has started.In contract they have mentioned that flats will be delivered in 36 months,but going by this pace i dont think that we can get the flats even in 60 months.I need a clearification from them about this pathetis status of thier flag ship launch of paradise diamond in lucknow.

Yes Syed..you can always do this..but the procedure involved here is bit complicated. You will first have to look for abuyer who can take over your loan or he pays you directly. This will help you to get NOC from the bank.

If you go to Neeladri road now it is full of apartments and it's just of matter of time for social infra to come. So in my opinion compared to many areas where things are just speculated there are many things already present. Electronic city is still not expensive like Harlur-Hosa road though has better infra in place and definitely has a bright future

So I think its time we should come together or form a group so that we can update each other. I am blocking an apartment in E-City Town by GM Infinite builder; up front it looks like a steal.
Nothing is much said about them but there has been a buzz here and there about the builder. They could be intentionally posted by their direct/indirect competitors as well. Nothing very substantial on the net. Their project Springfields is running on delay of 3 years but it is the same dismal situation for all high rise apartment in Bangalore.
Request you to do some recce as well and do not forget to post your comments. Please advise and suggest on the quality of construction and credibility of builder. Please Help !!!

There is nothing like BBMP Approved. BBMP collects tax and provides 'Khata'. The approval is in the hands of the BDA FOR Bangalore Urban and BMRDA for Bangalore Rural. So if the property is in the limits of the bangalore urban it must be BDA approved and if the property is approved by the BMRDA in that case it lies in the rural areas of the bangalore. I don't get why people say that Hyderabad investment has reached its saturation point because the localities still have a lot to offer. Especially the ones with growth spurt of IT companies. Pretty soon, Hyderabad is going to have a lot of metro city competition for being the ideal city to invest in. Hyderabad definitely has a good chance of winning. In my point of view, the fact that the authorities are taking such action against unauthorised construction is a good thing for the market in general and has added to Pune's credibility quotient. There will be a bit of a shake-up on the market in 2015 as it aligns itself to various new regulations, but this is a necessary process which will be seen in most cities of Maharashtra. The benefits given to both developers and buyers in the last Union Budget will kick in during the upcoming fiscal, and this will add to the already positive sentiment.Hi All ,

I have booked a home @unihomes1 on September 2012. The worst part of it is when I visited the site yesterday the construction is yet to start for the tower which I booked (Tower 36). Past 2 and half years I have being vising the site and find the work in progress is absolutely 0.
When we ask about the concern team (Mr.Yugender & Mr Venkata Krishnan)about the complete they sound very arrogant and irresponsible.More Over it was shocking to hear that we have imposed an interest of Rs 2 lakhs for due payment.When we questioned about paying the amount before any signs of construction, they say this is how it is written in the agreement and we are bound to it. More interesting thing was they are saying to me that "u r lucky to get the possession in 5 years and we used to handover even after that"
It is going to be 3 years since I booked the home and when I asked about the completion they told us it will take a minimum of 2 years more.As a middle class person I am in total grieve and annoyed about there response and confused as what next.
Since they are one of the top builders in city I have no clue as how to fight against this.

According to Housing Minister Prakash Mehta the state government plans to provide 400 sq-ft area tenements at affordable rates over the next 4 yrs. He claimed that a plan for the construction of around 7 lakh houses is almost already.

It is true and i read yesterday in a article that the number of building proposals developers have made to the municipal body has risen, compared to last year.
On the other hand builders are confident of prices rising in the near future. Think twice before you buy from shravanthi builders. Money taken and delay in project later. Infact, quaility of construction is very very poor. Do ask residents of Shravanthi Paramount near DLF New town. They are suffering due to low quality wall plastering, leakages & bad basement with water logging. Builder has not provided any amenities like Gym, club house ever after 1 year. Lifts are of low quality and faulty as well. Suggest not to go with this bulider and waste your money.
