Hi All,
I contacted Lodha today and was informed by Vivek Koshti that the possession date for Ceilo C is going to be further postponed to May 2014. They will be sending the letters/email to all the customer next week. This is due to not getting approvals from TMC.
They also informed that they are not planning to pay any compensation/interest payment for the delayed possession as the reason for delay is beyond builders control.
I booked the flat in 2009 and have been paying the interest on loan to bank for last 2 years. I am not comfortable to continue paying further cost for Lodha not managing the project efficiently. I am planning to seek legal options for what can be done in this scenario apart from going to consumer court. I will appreciate if you guys can let me know if you have received any communications from Lodha on this and if you are planning to take any legal action.

I heard that DMRC has planned both two routes to be in elevated system. But the airport metro stretch is planned underground. The East-West route will pass via the main railway station. The two routes will cross at Sitabuldi and a major station will be built in that place. I am very excited about metro coming to Nagpur. I totally agree with the above member on this. Problem is Sarjaur is still being developed so not many mobile or internet companies will have good penetration levels due to less towers. But things will improve in the near future. Hey Chetan, As of today there is no such issue in IDEB Springfields. The problem was resolved after the rainwater storage system was put in place but in case of less rainfall in the monsoon season, things may change for the worse. There is no need to rush to the corporation office.
