Right now there is no project in NOida where in you could get rate of Approx 3500 Rs per square feet Basic and we all invested here in the same rate bracket.........Now they are seeing this as gold mine because everywhere rates are approx Rs 4200 per sq ft basic rate .....They are demanding that all investors in Ajnara Ambrosia should withdraw their amount given to the builder and now after 5-6 months they will sell the same inventory at the rate of RS 4500-5000 per sq ft.............I might be wrong but something is fishy with Ajnara Ambrosia now........I have come to known that Ajnara is scrapping this project due to land problems.......But how can such reputed builder do this ??? Either this is game played by the builder or some consortium........Any inside story Please or comment ?? I have also invested in this project in last May 2012....There is hardly any response from the Ajnara office...

For those who have opted to purchase flat from SI beware. Don't fall into the trap of this builder. Theie main intention is to cheat and not give possession to flat in time. All the projects are still pending. And they do not have any intention of completing. Those who have already invested are taken for a ride. SI is presently a sinking ship and capsize any time with all your hard earned money. The manager incharge trivandrum and his people are siphoning the money somewhere and are not completing any of their budding in the city. Those who have already invested in green hill height, Kempton manor and the upcoming projects beware fdo not get cheated. Hello, I would request anyone not to invest your hard earned money in Passion Elite. The marketing guys are very cunning Farhan and Sayeed and the builders are cheaters. Once booking is done youll face problems. It is not just minor problems. The construction quality is very very poor and there are cracks in all the walls. They have used very cheap quality. Dont invest here unless you want to ruin your life. Take this as sincere advise.
To verify yourself, just go to passion elite 1 and check most of the apartments in top floor like 302,303, etc,,,There are so mancy cracks in all the apartments because of substandard quality.

Of 80 acres, 57 acres have been earmarked for residential development, while 23 acres would account for mixed land use. Sairung's CMD Malik Saab helpd me when I was in worst position of my lyf with urgent need of money due to recession in 2008. I contacted Malik Saab and told him I need his help to sell the plot I bought from in 2006. He assured me that payment will be released in 60 days with current market rate. I was still worried. But I was so surprise when I got a call from sairung 45 days later saying they have found buyer and that payment will be made fast. I received the entire amount in DD at the time of registration. I am forever thankful to sairung.

They commitment that the registration will be done immediately & collected 100% money but till now no registration. Then signed MOU after multiple follow-up. In Jan 2015 they said due to recent law change, we can’t do registration & agreed to refund my money. But kept delaying payment. After police complaint they signed cancellation agreement & issued cheques. Initial small amount cheque was cleared. Then there was series of cheque bounce. Finally, I did file case against Sairang Developers under sec-138 in April 2015. The cases are still in court & so far the chairman K.R.Malik haven’t reported in court, last two times he has give health issue as reason. Sairang has already spoiled my 2 yrs & i don’t know how much time is required for Justice.Yes, i am agree with both of you.
